A Project Management Consultant is responsible for scheduling and managing each project. The PMC manager needs to decide the budget, assign Employees or subcontractors and their duties to complete the job whilst overseeing the safety of workers and their rights.”
By involving IBG cost benefit team in the early idea or design phase of a project we also can contribute to secure funding to projects. We have built relations with export credit institutes; credits guarantee boards and financial institutes and can support in the process of facilitating funding. Three key stages of financing with gateways to ensure capital is protected and ring-fenced throughout the project for development, mezzanine and implementation funding.
As a project management consultant (PMC), we take the full responsibility for an infrastructure project involving multiple procurement related activities. This is not only a service for larger infrastructure projects, but we also offer this service for smaller projects where there are complex interface issues involving multiple systems (e.g. design and build of Airport Operations Control Centre, Visual Control Rooms, Digital Towers, terminal projects, airside systems modernisation etc.).
